Campell Creek Manor

I moved here 2 years ago desperate for a reasonably priced apt and Cassie was really helpful. I only had to wait 2 weeks and I like the convenient location as well as the quick response to maintenance requests. It was also one of the few apts that accepts pets (cats) without an outrageous fee. Though the apartment itself is a little outdated, I didn't mind because everything still functions fine and I just cared about an affordable habitable space that wasn't a studio

I liked living in Campbell Creek Manor. The apartment was quiet, neighbors were excellent, Campbell Creek is right by the property if you want to walk in the park or trail. Manager Cassandra was great, she was reachable, knowledgeable and helpful, the repairs were done as requested. The parking lot gets good snow removal service. I only did not like the carpet in my apartment. This affordable place gives you the sense of community.

Please know that I am only giving this place 5 stars because of the new property manager Cassie. Before she got there, everyone was extremely rude and I was never interested in rented. This time around, I decided to check them out again. Although I still did not en up renting, Cassie was SO friendly, thorough, and really brightened up my day. Relocating is always difficult but everything I spoke with Cassie she responded with a kindness, gave me all the necessary information, and said she would be happy to have myself and my family in the community. She desires 5 stars and MORE!

I moved in these apartments 3 years ago, and then there was a management change. I am highly disappointed in the new landlord, Kyrsten Fischer. There have been numerous occasions where I had to correct her or attempt to follow up with her in messages (stating my original deposit was less than a signed agreement I had with the previous landlord), and she has not only failed to get back to me, but also verbally stated things that does not match her written statements. I highly advise recording your move in and move out inspection, like I did. Otherwise, she will try to hold you accountable for damages that were initially there already, with no proof of a move out inspection report. Cassie is amazing! She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to try and get you into the right place. She has been super communicative with me and answered all my questions in a professional manner.
