The absolute worst property management company in South Florida. This company will steal HOA money and leave the community broke. For example they charge over 250k to run a small community riddled with vandalism and rampant with pests due to failure to upkeep garbage/waste disposal. This company should be sued for lack of responsibility and failure to upkeep the communities they run. Unacceptable. Shame on you!
Bad company, terrible service. I don’t recommend it—stay away from them The company refuses to provide documents as required by law.
