Angel at the front office is very nice to work with. We also appreciate the bi-weekly payment system. Overall, decent neighbors and nice to see plenty of kids playing outside. My only complaint is I wish our apartment had been cleaned better when we had moved in and that the cabinetry was in better repair. Fairly affordable and conveniently close to parks, schools, Cub Foods and several restaurants.

Angela who works in the office and Garrett our maintenance man both are Awesome! They are both indeed helpful and very kind. I’m indeed happy and satisfied with the both of them.

Let me start off saying great location!!! (2 Stars) Whitney was a pleasure to work with while waiting for approval of my apartment. After approval, I was told my move in date was going to be pushed out due to a renovation needed from the poor up keep of previous tenants. I waited 8 weeks to move in. I move in 1/2/24 only to see that there was no renovation at all. Only thing new was a dishwasher, kitchen sink, and a countertop that was measured incorrectly so it doesn’t meet to my appliances. The cabinets were completely damaged with mold/corrosion beyond repair, cabinet drawers were falling out of the frame because tracks had been worn down, closet doors falling continuously off track. There was also a foul smell in the apartment and cabinets from the previous tenants. I literally cried u

A full bowl of water in the toilet means the toilet is working properly, and the fact that water splashes on your butt when you defecate is nothing to worry about, that's how it should be!

Sheron is the best if it wasn’t for her I would still be looking she worked hard and on her days off to make sure I was token care of now me and my children have a really nice roof over our heads
