Camellia World Commerce

Had a wonderful experience during move in. Rachel has been nothing but amazing and made the whole experience easy and smooth.

I loved living at Camellia and would move back in a heartbeat. Unfortunately me and the wife moved out almost a year ago and decided to go down the street to a different place (the Southerly) well I live every day regretting my decisions of leaving the Camellia. Camellia apartments are 100x better than the crap I live in now. All around Camellia has great amenities, apartments are actually built sturdy and right. Basically what I’m saying is Camellia is an awesome place to live and I recommended it to everybody who asks.

This is my second time living here at Camellia World Commerce and I absolutely love it! Rachel has been so wonderful! Leasing and Maintenance amazing!! Don’t think I’m ever gonna leave!! Thank you for all you do guys!

At first, Rachel and Nicole were welcoming and greeted us with smiles which made the community seem like the perfect choice for our family. Unfortunately, that welcoming demeanor quickly disappeared shortly after we signed the lease, and the attitudes began. Communication between us quickly turned rude and dismissive, and it became clear that our concerns were no longer a priority for them. The soundproofing in these apartments is non-existent. Whether you're on the first, second, or third floor, you will hear your neighbors, upstairs, downstairs, and next to you—no wonder why there are so many current residents moving out. Our concerns got worse when we noticed the complete lack of rule enforcement. For example, we witnessed as many as eight people living in a one-bedroom unit near us,

This complex is far too loud and noisy! My upstairs neighbor has had police called on them by your people. After all of this, I'm told there is nothing they can do. My leasing contract ends in September. I'm already looking for other places to live.
