I made a mistake and called the wrong property. The office manager (Becky) if that's her name was very rude and loud. When working with the public you should talk to people in a better manner. The way she spoke to me is very unacceptable. I tried to apologize and all she kept doing was yelling saying "You didn't live you need to call someone else I don't know what to tell you but you are lying I have been here for years." She definitely needs training in customer service and answering telephones. And Yes Becky we did have this conversation. You were very unprofessional and rude. And me being a resident of another property does not excuse the behavior of your staff rudeness and unprofessionalism. Its a negative review because it was a negative encounter so instead of making excuses DO BE

Great place to live. Very well maintained.

Becky you were very unprofessional. I did not yell or was not rude to you at all. Just be kinder to the next person. Because you never know who is on the other end of the phone.
