Cambridge Terrace Apartments

Very poor management. My disabled mother lives her and the assistant manager Justine violated my mom's disability rights by not letting me stay there to take care of her even with a doctor's care note . Then she was so rude to me made me cry and treated my so bad yelling and screaming at me on the phone . If and when something happens to my mother I already got a lawyer and will be filing a lawsuit against charger property. Plus they let 2 unknown males without 24 hour notice just walk into my mom's apartment while she was asleep and almost gave her a heart attack. Plus all the neighbors are so crazy they start stuff with my mom and scared her so bad she's 70 years old and don't need that treatment from the management or the neighbors . You guys should be ashamed of yourself you guys mak

Just moved here and I love it it’s not noisy or loud during the day or night I feel like. Justine is a sweet heart and I believe his name was Greg the maintenance man that fixed our AC they fixed it immediately! I just really appreciate them!!!! I highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to live, this is it!

My family and I have lived here for 6 months now and so far all of our needs have been met. Rent is affordable in our 3 bedroom. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and quick to handle things! Maintenance is friendly, doesn’t delay to fix things and good with our dog! The lawn care company doesn’t do a very good job, but our manager is quick to call them back. The worst part about this place is the speeding on the property and others not cleaning up after their pets.

I've lived here almost 3 yrs. I've had no issues whatsoever. The apartments are well maintained, and lots of space the maintenance crew are knowledgeable and prompt. Office is professional and helpful with all needs. The area is clean and quite. Allows cats,dogs and small animals. Washer/ dryer hook ups or for a monthly fee . You have your own entry no walking down a hall or getting buzzed in. It's set back from the road so it's private. The grounds are well maintained with two bark parks.

I have been moving quite a bit for work and was in desperate need of a short term lease. I spoke with the property manager, Molly. She was extremely helpful and worked with me to get me a place to stay. This was the most understanding and best experience I've ever had with a apartment complex. The complex is clean, the apartments are quiet and even have potential for washer and drier rentals. The communication between staff and tenants is second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Exceptional establishment that cares about their customers. Something a lot of complexes could learn from.
