I would give this rating a zero but you have to hit something! I regret moving into this apartment complex. First of all, the management is unresponsive and unhelpful. Any time there's an issue, it takes forever to get resolved, if at all. The maintenance team seems understaffed or just doesn't care, because the things that were messed up in my apartment they refused to fix until I left! They have a mold problem that they also try to cover up and the “upgrades” aren’t the best either. The rent is ridiculously high for the quality you're getting even the model apartments aren’t in good condition. To top it all off, they kept my ENTIRE deposit and never told me what the problems were with my apartment when I moved out. Overall, this place is overpriced and poorly managed. I am glad I am no l

I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars, but unfortunately, that one star will have to do. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. The management team, especially Rachel Boyd (Property Manager) and Kotah Torres (Assistant Property Manager), are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Emails and calls are ignored, and there is never any follow-up on important issues. Communication and accountability are nonexistent. It feels unfair to residents who are simply trying to get the service and professionalism we pay for. Do yourself a favor and do not move here — you’ll save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment.

My wife and I recently toured Cambridge Faire Apartments with Dakotah, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Dakotah was kind, patient, and professional. He was incredibly informative—so much so that he answered most of our questions before we even had the chance to ask. For the questions we did bring up, he took his time to give clear, thoughtful, and detailed answers. We’ve been touring several apartment communities over the past couple of weeks, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The gate to the complex is always broken, and management does nothing—to this day. The pedestrian gate looks locked but isn’t, and they’ve ignored fixing it for years. When you bring up concerns, their attitude is rude and dismissive. There used to be a helpful guy named Dakota, but he's gone now and the current team is awful. My car got towed (because they cut down a tree!) and I had to pay to get it back. Not worth the headache. My home was broken into—thankfully insurance helped—but management denied any responsibility despite their lack of security. Also, if you plan to move in, take photos of everything and fill out the move-in inspection form in detail, or they’ll try to charge you for damages you didn’t cause. I’m a resident and have been for the past almost 4 years now. The community is a great place to live. I appreciate the quick response to maintenance requests which is typically the same day if it’s put in early enough. The grounds are well maintained and well lit which I absolutely love. The unit’s air filters are changed and pest control is done regularly. I've seen inoperable cars tagged and removed several times so parking for my building is adequate with no complaints. I couldn’t ask for a better staff, they are always friendly and helpful from the front desk to maintenance. I’m pleased to call this place home.
