Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable throuighout the whole process of selling a house that I was the trustee on. He came prepared to the first meeting with information on similar houses in the area that had recently sold, he explained the steps in putting it on the market, and gave us the CMA in a timely manner. This was a very long process, starting in November and was completed in July when we finally passed papers on the sale. This was not a smooth expeience, no fault of Charlie's, he actually helped to iron out many of the issues.
