Cadence townhouses in Allen are beautiful. Dylan and Luci have been very kind and patient with helping me get the perfect home. Luci is very good about giving weekly updates. I look forward to seeing my townhouse built in the near future.

These townhomes and their finishings especially, are so well done. High quality in an increasingly popular area, just off 121 which is super convenient. Ask for Alaina when you visit and she will take very good care of you. She went above and beyond to stay in touch and send me updates on pricing- she really will do her best to make it work for you.
