I love that this business exists. They're goal is to educate Ventura County. I honestly think that if people are equipped with sufficient knowledge on housing choices it would benefit of the community. However, it forgot how to communicate with clients. I took an online course on home purchasing. I paid the fee, took the course, and here I am sitting waiting for a "counselor" to call me. It has been a week now, and fortunately no one I call at CEDC knows who I can talk to. I get forwarded to voicemails that never get answered. Speak with secretaries that don't know who functions as what in the business. I love that a company like this exists but sad to see that is functions quite poorly.

This organization cultivates resident leadership and improves the quality of life in our community. They go beyond providing affordable housing and empower self-sufficiency through education. Rodney Fernandez’ legacy lives on!

Efficient and helpful. But to use this program you will be on a waiting list for the housing associated with the program any where from 2 to 10 years.

I was not impressed with the services they offer or lack there off I should say ofI was an no English field worked I bet it would be different like at the welfare department

Horrible feel like I'm being tortured here at The Wagon Wheel Dysfunctional family apartments this is a filthy dirty place not worth living here freakin nightmare
