We rented the Sands V unit 1B. The owners above it are VERY noisy, theres only so much the rental company can do, but it did make for some late nights and early mornings, a scared toddler who was listening to running kids til after midnight and having to disconnect our doorbell because the upstairs neighbors kept ringing it and knocking on the door. The place itself is clean, little dated, but did the job. We did have some issues that we brought up, screen door to the front of the condo being off track, tub missing drain and master bedroom missing screen on the slider door. Maintenance came and adjusted the screen, wasnt really fixed, the tracks need cleaned out badly, but it did slide open a little better. This is the second year I've stayed at a property managed by them and I don't really wanna stay anywhere that's not managed by them. The ladies are super nice and helpful.
