Bryce De Moray an InterProp Community

My husband and I lived in Bryce De Moray townhouses for many years, excellent staff the grounds and pool is well kept and clean. Any problems we had were addressed quickly and the leasing staff was always kind and helpful. I would recommend Bryce De Moray and Interprop Communities to anyone looking to rent in the area. A 10/10 experience for us.

From the moment we first inquired about getting on the wait list to now, our experience has been fantastic! Dez really goes SO far above and beyond for her residents and prospective residents. The rest of the staff we've encountered have been great as well! Even the carpet guys (who came to repair a spot after move-in) were friendly, and petted my curious cat as they worked. Issues get addressed and things get repaired and replaced super fast. Can't say enough about Bryce and its staff!!

I have lived at Bryce de Moray for over five years and have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. I came here on a referral from a friend and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The women who run the office are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The few times I have made a maintenance request, it has been taken care of very promptly and efficiently. At one point I had a plumbing emergency and they had someone out almost immediately. I have never had any issues with bugs or mice, probably because they have pest controle spray routinely. I can't recommend this apartment complex enough!

We've lived in a townhouse in the Bryce de Moray complex for about a year and a half. Our home is spacious with no outdated appliances. We even have our own fenced in back patio area and washer/dryer hookups in the kitchen. The walls aren't thin at all, so we, as well as our neighbors, have privacy without having to be weary of the typical apartment life of "Oh, no. I hope we aren't bothering them." The staff are all very polite and understanding. They were quick to respond the few times we've had issues. Maintenance is always fast to come out and help where needed and we're always emailed for follow-ups. It's really nice to live in a place where the owners aren't money hungry and are overall kind people. I love our pet friendly home and our beautiful complex.

I just re-signed my lease for another year at Bryce de Moray and thought I'd finally post a review. When I first started searching for a new place to live, I had some trepidation about moving back into an apartment complex, as it had been well over a decade since I'd done the apartment thing.
