Brunswick Apartments

I've live here for about 3 years now and the managment has been very accommodating. They are quick to respond when we have a problem. And the grounds keepers and friendly, they say hi when we walk by.

Lived there for almost 10 years. Great location. Maintenance staff was always quick to respond to issues. Rental prices are affordable. Office staff was always nice as well.

I have been living here for over 2 years now. I am VERY happy with the staff. I have had issues and reported them to the office. Usually within minutes the maintenance staff is here to fix the problem. They are curious and friendly. The grounds are kept groomed and in the winter the roads and parking areas are by the most taken care of before we all go to work. Would I recommend Brunswick Apartments?? Absolutly and I have been.

The company is always a pleasure to work with and Brunswick Apartments provides comfortable living in a convenient setting. The location is peaceful and well maintained. It is very convenient to NYC, Boston and the Adirondacks. The rent is quite reasonable for this area. I recommend Brunswick Apartments!

I have been living here for 5 years. Overall there is nothing big to complain. Amenities: Basically no on-site amenities. You have to drive to Sugar Hill for places like game room, gym, swim pool, etc. I've never been there. Management: The management team is super responsive and kind. For the five years I had all kinds of problems and I am satisfied with how they fixed them. Once I got a power outage on a labor day and I called them. They got here in half hour to find out it was just the switch in the building. I got other things like locking myself out of the unit, they were always fast. Building: The buildings (exterior and interior) are relatively new, compared to Troy Gardens (they are about the same rent), and are well-maintained.
