Worst apartment I have lived in. It desperately needs renovations. The shower doesn’t have consistent temperature—every time someone in the building flushes or turns on the water, the shower water gets piping hot. Happens every two minutes or show in the shower. The parking is awful—you’re given a pass, but there are many more passes than there is spots. Sometimes you end up parking blocks away. It was $300/month for a reason. Wouldn’t recommend.

It’s an okay place to live if you’re just looking for somewhere cheap. No amenities, the washers and dryers are old and overpriced, and you’re lucky to get a parking spot after 10pm. Some are managed by Aspen Ridge and others by independent landlords so know who you’re renting from if you choose to rent from here.

These are cheap apartments. Everything is falling apart and you will constantly have issues with water temp, heat, and air. Do not rent through Leanne and Bart. They took 110$ out of each member of our apartments security deposit. That is 660$ worth of cleaning fees. We left the apartment very clean. Ridiculous.

I moved in a month ago and moved into a trashed apartment with broken plumbing sinks and toilets a cracked stove which they charged me for despite not using once grimy tile flooring and broken bathroom cabinets. Do not move into this awful building. Management most likely won’t show up to fix your problems, we had to call the owner of the unit to get anything done.

This complex is easy to under rate. The asthetics can have a rough appearance but the atmosphere and setup breeds a great social environment. There's two buildings one side is the guys side and the other is the girls side. The ratio of guys to girls is always pretty even. Usually 6 people to an apartment. It's not a centrally managed complex. Ie. Aspin Ridge doesn't manage the whole thing. It's mostly privately owned. Summer is really where this place shines IMO. You can find some apartments that have cheaper than usual rent compared to when schools in session and while it doesn't have a pool of its own it's right next to two complexes that have pools and hot tubs that are super easy to use.
