Brookview Commons West

This place is horrible snowstorm and They barely plowed the parking lot icy conditions people continuously getting stuck if an emergency vehicle has to enter this place It cannot do so, spoke to other neighbors who said they emailed BRT realty and they’ve done nothing. I saw 2 people fall on their buts!!! It is now 6:30 AM every other parking lot in Danbury even empty parking Lots are plowed to the pavement this place pure neglect. A large company like BRT realty should be ashamed of themselves but they still will not care go live at Kennedy Flats, Abbey Woods, Crownpoint anywhere but BRT properties

The best apt I have ever lived. Clean, safe, well maintained, nice community. Everyday I back to my room after exhausting day, my room makes me happy. Only cons is the noise of the train of Danbury station. It's incredibly loud even night time. If you are noise sensitive, you should find another apt. Other than that, I really like here!

Beware – Unsafe Snow Removal This is the second snowstorm where Brookview Commons has failed to properly plow the property. Only a narrow path has been cleared, making it unsafe and difficult to enter and exit. I nearly got stuck. Snow removal is a basic responsibility in Connecticut, and neglecting it creates serious safety and liability issues for residents. Tenants shouldn’t have to risk getting stuck or injured just to leave their home. Do better.

Prompt services .. Roseanne was great who walked me through the apartment . Amenities are good.. parking is a problem .. it’s far n small not good for a compact car . And I have been provided with a parking far from the apartment .. upon asking I was told I can’t be provided with a parking nearby .. no visitors parking

The apartments are fantastic - new appliances, great flooring/lighting, modern layout and tall ceilings! The management is responsive and compassionate, and maintenance is really friendly. I got to move in with my dog and there's a dog park and wash on site. I don't use the gym that much but it's spacious inside and has a lot of machines. The view from the rooftop is pretty cool! Rent is fair, in my opinion, based on amenities available.
