Brookview Apartments

Shelby at Brookview is absolutely amazing! She is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with anything that comes up. She makes residents feel heard and genuinely cared for. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s handled it quickly and professionally. Brookview is lucky to have someone so dedicated and kind on their team!

Not worth any amount of money. I lived here and had to move out early it was so awful. My apartment flooded twice and was constantly under construction. Everything was always broken and it was never fixed. I don’t have a single good thing to say about it. We didn’t have hot water for months. I paid extra for a newly renovated apartment and it was anything but. It was nasty living there. I cannot recommend it less.

The apartment complex is older and has it's kinks, but my experience was overall fairly positive. Shelby, (the community manager), was an absolute privilege to work with. If I ever had any sort of maintenance or communication problem, I knew that I could go to Shelby and she would take my concerns seriously and then act on solutions. One specific example is from when I moved out. I was charged a fee that withheld my deposit and included a difference that I would need to pay out of pocket. I will not go into details about the situation however, I will say that I was being overly charged for some things that I was not at fault for. Contracts cancelled mid semester. Stairs condemned. Management gave less than 24 hours to move out. Now to fight for paid rent and deposits. Do not rent from the company that manages their complex.

Manny and Douglas always are willing to help us with anything that's needed, they are patient and explain building issues respectfully. I've never had trouble with their assistance.
