Brookside Village Apartments

Seems quiet and clean. I visited friends who live there. They mentioned a light went out in the refrigerator and maintenance was due out to fix it. I thought that was good. What I didn't like was there were black carpenter ants in her apartment. I'd be more concerned about that than the light in the fridge. I didn't ask if maintenance would be taking care of the ants so I'm not sure.

I lived on Brookside for 3 years...The staff could care less about the residence...I caught to ladies that worked there making fun of a resident that had a legit problem with her apt...I had 3 floods in my apt which they could care less...They had no regards for the people that parked in the handicap spots when we had heavy snow...They kept burying the cars in snow oand not giving ample time to have it moved...One of the 2 worst place I have ever lived in...Maintenance had no clue how to fix things...All I can say is don't waste your money there...

Nice and quiet place, but some of the buildings need maintenance, Doors don't lock, some broken emergency lights, etc etc etc.

Good maintenances. Greenery well maintained.

Wish I could give -5 stars. Dirty, smelly, noisy, poor management.
