Good location at the beginning when I 1st moved in on 2024. But in 2025 whole different story. The management doesn't care about any request you put in. The bathroom has mold. Also, the trash area is always a mess with lots of rats. Plus there's a big safety issue on the apartments. Multiple people move in on 2025 that started to make the area dangerous (lots of crime, specially shootings.

I want to share my experience to anyone who wants to come live here! I normally don’t do reviews. But im upset with these apartments. This place does NOT care about your needs, I haven’t had my stove for about 2 weeks now. They told me they were getting me a new one after 3 days the maintenance guy came and completely shutdown my stove. I keep sending them emails and doesn’t respond back. I call them almost everyday and they only say to wait and after just hang up.

This company does not care about their residents or their lives. They only care about money. They will allow criminals, addicts and unhinged people to move in, threaten you, and break into your place. I have nightmares and ptsd from my experience due to their lack of professionalism and the assault That happened as a result. They will not honor court orders that confirms the existence of danger to your life and make you pay rent while you have nowhere to live. They have no compassion and when you show them the evidence and court documents they laugh at you and say you still have to pay. They will just say call the police. What good will that do when I’m already in danger. One dangerous tenant puts multiple families in danger when you live in apartments and they don’t care who moves in. Ev

no les recomiendo este lugar, después que te mudas ya nadie se preocupa por las cosas que pasan en el apartamento, solo tengo dos semanas aquí y hemos tenido un problema grave el agua se está desbordando y nuestra carpeta está llena de agua y la parte más afectada es el dormitorio el olor ya es fuerte por tanta humedad y tengo un niño de dos años que podría enfermar toda la semana he llamado hemos ido a la oficina y nadie ha venido a solucionar nada, la peor experiencia que te tenido, les dejo ver cómo se pusieron mis tacones debido a la humedad que hay y la cantidad de agua que hemos sacado
