Brookshore Apartments

The apartments are nicely updated. The complex is clean and quiet. The manager Tamryn is fair, communicates promptly and strives to treat everyone with kindness. The office holds yearly contests for Halloween and Christmas decorations and gives tenants a yearly gift. My only complaint is that, because of how old the buildings are, the insulation isn't the greatest and I wish that we didn't have baseboard heating in the living room. Its expensive to run and doesn't distribute heat well.

Oops! I accidentally deleted my review! I stayed here from September 2021 to the end of October, 2022, and they were awesome! The units were well-maintained and spacious, the grounds were beautiful, they had great staff, and maintenance. I had to move to follow my family here to the east coast, but we're coming back west and I am anxious to move back!

Couldn't be happier. Great management and staff. So nice and helpful if we need anything. Really nice updated townhouse. Great price for high quality and much better location versus comparable complexes. Units are often designed in blocks of three. Making it more private and neighborhood feeling walking around with our dog. Neighbors have lived here for years and have been great. If a vacancy appears, decide immediately cause it's a popular complex and goes fast.

We’ve had such a good experience here. When we found a listing for a unit online we called and Michelle & Tamryn were very helpful in answering all our questions and got us in to see the unit ahead of time. The move in process was smooth, they had a gift bag with disposable plates/silverware, cleaners, TP and treats, all things you need when you move and don’t think about getting ahead of time. The maintenance team has been awesome, quick to respond to requests and the work is well done. The community is well run, quiet, and it has a great feel here. Tenants are happy. All the upstairs rooms have AC units built in, so the windows still open too. That was so helpful for the summer. Rent is reasonable, which is surprising since we were paying almost $500 more per month for a less nice apartm

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The management and maintenance are super responsive! The complex is uniquely arranged with cute landscaping and a pathway that runs through the whole complex. The complex is also gated/fenced around the whole perimeter, so you feel really safe. I'm allowed to have little gardens which is the best. There's a fireplace in my apartment too! The complex is a little old but they're always making repairs and upgrades. For example, mine has been redone with nice modern floors and counters. My little loft apartment is just perfect for me and my family.
