Brook Valley Apartment Homes

I truly enjoyed living here the past 3 years, community is quiet, they always do things for the tenants every other week. Movie night, pool Parties, comedy shows, ice cream parties, just so many different things. The staff is amazing, I truly hate to move and start paying $1,000 more in rent. Had a job relocation.(only reason I’m leaving) Check them out you won’t regret it. Just hope you don’t have a loud neighbor.

We live at the book Valley Apartments and I just wanna say that Lee in the maintenance department is wonderful. He came out on a Saturday fixed our sink for us, but not that just that he was kind to our children and to our very nosey dog thank you so much to the staff at Brooke Valley for always being kind.

I want to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had searching for a place to live. Michelle is amazing and very helpful. She answered every question I asked and also explained the process thoroughly. She even went out of her way, without an appointment, to show me the apartment again for my measurements. I would 100% recommend Brookvalley.

Michelle is a wonderful human being. She is so patient and sweet. Very understanding and made sure this process was simple and easy. This was the best decision I’ve ever made in my LIFE!!!
