Broadway Village Apartments

Respectfully, you're response below is insincere and you're just trying to save face. If it was sincere, I would not have been told repeatedly by your office staff "It's not my job" when I inquired multiple times why I was not receiving my deposit back. When I did finally receive a response, the listed "damage" was pre-existing and no proof was provided that you used my deposit to a actually repair it. Your office staff is the public face of your entity and represented you very poorly.

I love ❤️ this place!! April in the office is wonderful the sweetest person you will ever meet!! If I ever have a issue with maintenance Luke is down here with a quickness and he is amazing as well!! I love that the landscaping is done for you so no worries there. I love my neighbors we are all like family. I highly recommend broadway village!!

My wife and I have been residents for 12 years and seen Five to 6 different Property Managers and Maintenance staff come and go. April is By far the best manager we have had, she constantly thinking what improvements can we do to the property and executes a plan to accomplish them. She may at time be hard to reach in the office but I have been in there to ask a question she has been extremely busy. for the Maintenance staff Luke is it he has more than one person should but he somehow gets it done. Both April and Luke are always very professional. as far the cost goes it is comparable to other units around town and they don't have an attached garage.

We have been in our apartment over 4 years. We recently purchased a home and April was very understanding and cooperative during this transition. Luke in maintenance has also been very professional and prompt. For the most part we have been very happy at Broadway Village.

Could not possibly be in a better location. Library, gym, and two dozen stores within walking distance. Kind of pricey for apartments but the management/maintenance is great and the front office has always been responsive and helpful. Lived here 2 1/2 years and would recommend it to anyone I know looking for an apartment in the area.
