This place is the worst living situation imaginable: rude, dirty, and completely indifferent to their well-being. They need to shut this place down immediately. The rent is outrageously high, and the maintenance guy is paid to sit in his apartment all day, taking pictures of people . The previous property manager was the best, but the new one is a complete disaster. I lived there for a year, and it was the worst experience of my life. The pantry doors would fall off, and the maintenance guy would come in and spray WD-40 on them, claiming it would fix the problem. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You got kids running around playing ding dong ditch at 1 in the morning. Have kids breaking in to people’s cars and the property manager did nothing but focus on trying to get rid of someon

Me and my boyfriend and son moved in here 2 months ago and have had constant issues since then. The first 2-3 weeks were okay. Then I notice what I thought was mold in the bathroom and they came and painted over it saying it was paint discoloration. They said it can’t be proven that it’s mold unless it’s taken to a lab and tested. But we would have to pay for it to be tested. They supposedly fixed the bathroom, but the black spots (that aren’t mold) are coming back, the titles in the shower are falling off and the wall behind the tiles is squishy. The bathroom floor is constantly wet and it reeks of mildew. The smell is so strong that it’s traveling into the bedroom. I’m also pregnant again and it’s not good for any of us to be breathing this in. The ceiling in the kitchen is now drooping

DO NOT move here! Terrible customer service! Terrible maintenance service! My son and his girlfriend have only lived there for a month and the first week In, a clogged bath tub, clogged kitchen sink, Smelled like cat pee in the entire building, and the hallways to entrance are filthy! It is clear the staff is not really experienced in their roles and management likes to take short cuts in replacing , repairing or up keep of the premises. We had to go in and scrub the entire apartment because it was clearly not cleaned or checked prior to my sons move in date . There has been a dumpster outside broken and laying since the day my son moved in. The stoves are gas stoves that are from 30 years ago and not safe for apartment living! I have lived in Broadview Gardens for about 12 years. During that time the complex has been well maintained, the maintenance fast and competent. The office staff have always been courteous and helpful. Every year the rent has gone up about $30-$50. However this year the rent increased by $143! I can barely afford that. Since they have been so great I have decided to stay but if they raise the rent like that next year I will have to leave, unfortunately. I am sure they have lost/will lose many tenants with that sort of rent raise. If they raise the rent that much next year I will have to move out.

Small and over-priced. No central air. No dish washer, even though it stated I would have one. Maintenance men are rude. Leasing office never answers the phone. Called 2 weeks ago because I found a bed bug, never received a call back. Just today I got a bogus 24 hour notice to have all my clothes washed, everything bagged up, and my cat out of my apartment in a day or I will be evicted. Meanwhile, I work a full time job and do not own a vehicle and they expect me to do all of that. Waiting two weeks to do anything is unprofessional and disgusting. Bed bugs came from a different apartment and seems like they’re not treating the whole building. I knocked on their leasing office for an hour during business hours, no response. Heard someone in the parking lot a week ago talking about bed bugs.
