Broadmoor Apartments at West Columbia

Patrick did an excellent job in my apartment! I highly recommend him. He’s very respectful (He cleaned his feet off before entering the apartment). And he cleaned up after himself!

Precious was amazing! I came in looked at an apartment and she had me moved in within 4 days!!!! Shes so sweet and professional! I’d highly recommend her! She gets everthing done fast and is very organized!

If i could provide 0 stars I would. Don’t walk RUN &’ STAY AWAY from these apartments! I have a loved one who stayed here and his ceiling collapsed due to water leakage. This wasn’t the first time a leak had happened in the apartment. The structure of those apartments are terrible! The apartments have mildew and mold. They offered my loved one multiple apartments that weren’t clean, up to standard, and AC unit out! They will try to force you into settling and taking something that isn’t move in ready and act if you caused whatever problem ..I talked to an individual who moved in last year and her AC unit was out when she moved in and it was fixed a few weeks ago. Not to mention an elderly couple was also being moved out of their unit due to wet carpet that had mildewed!! If you’re going to

Patrick on the maintenance crew is nothing short of AMAZING! I’m so glad they added him to the team. There have been multiple repairs in my apartment that needed to be addressed & he has gone above & beyond to whatever measure to make sure he made the necessary repairs.
