My wife and I lived here from 2022-2025 on a ground-floor apartment. We moved out to live with family and save money. The apartments are standard, nothing amazing but you get a really good price for the area. No in-unit laundry. The management is hit or miss. Sometimes your questions are answered, sometimes they aren't. You figure out quickly who to rely on. The maintenance team was always super responsive to our requests, so no complaints there. The Brighton Village neighborhood was really fun. There are tons of children around, so in good weather you can find games of kickball, cricket, or soccer near the park. This place charge us for a water bill when we already move out. We contact the their office on time for them to handle the problem. Six months after I get a call from the collectors telling me I have a bill that keep growing because I didn’t pay it. At first I was confused because I don’t recall any bill. My credit score was ruined because of this bill. I have to ask collectors to fight the bill even if I have to pay double what the bill was, just so my score will go back up. As the collector explained to me if I had pay the water bill my credit score would have been low for years. I never received even an apology even when I give them time to figure out the water bill on time. They still never fix their mistake, let the water bill affect my credit score and never take responsibility. I h

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing roach infestation in my unit. I just moved in and despite multiple complaints, the problem remains unresolved. The roaches are not only a significant nuisance but also a serious health concern. The management’s lack of effective response and the inadequate measures taken to address this issue are unacceptable. I urge prospective renters to be cautious and inquire about pest control measures before committing. It’s disheartening to deal with such poor service and disregard for tenant wellbeing.

When I was looking for a apartment to my friend who comes first time to USA, heard good feed back about Brighton Village Apartments Gaithersburg. Once my Friend landed IAD, I referred this place to him. He don’t know driving, so we scheduled a Saturday morning appointment and drove to leasing office and met with front office person John. He welcomed us and suggested what apartment size fit for us. Then John took us to the tour to the unit and explained everything in simple words with smily face. My friend from India asked 100+ ( exaggerate) questions John answered all of them and beyond with smiles. Once we returned to the leasing office, Jhon colleague asked us, do u like the apartment?
