Bridge Haven Apartments a Re-Build Property

Its ran by a slum lord.. Its infested with roaches and rats. They won't fix a damn thing. It took 2 weeks for them to fix my window that kept falling out. It was freezing. My air has never worked and I asked to have my toilet replaced and its been 2 months. Its not fit for an animal.

These apartments are filled with pest. Roaches, rats, termites and occasional units had bed bugs. They don't put that in the brochure. Nothing gets fixed apon request. Appliances are out of date and filled with feces. No showers.. It is not safe. Electric saucets don't work properly which is a fire hazzard. Fire extinguishers were 2 years old opon moving in. Roach feces was painted over. Ac units are wired through windows which we know is un safe as well. Pipes are backed up causing fowl odor out of the pipes in bathroom. List goes on. Not family oriented at all. It cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. A horrible experience and place to live.... Thnx

Great place to live and convenient the landlord Ms Amy is very nice and understanding about your needs she is doing a great job on helping to improve pleasant oaks and keeping the community safe she always one phone call away day and night and is on top of her job along with the maintenance and ground keeper ❤️❤️

I like staying in Pleasant Oaks I have been living here for almost 6 months and it's very comfortable and it's accessible to all the restaurants and hospitals and the management is Hands-On

I have been living there for about 7mths an I appreciate everything that I have accomplished there an my landlord has been very helpful and is there when I need her to be.
