Bridge Apartments

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment community! The transformation this place has undergone is truly remarkable. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and everything feels clean and welcoming. What really sets this community apart, though, is the staff. The management(Patricia and Michele) and maintenance teams are absolutely amazing—responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly want residents to feel at home. They’ve turned this place around, and it shows in every detail. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-run place to live, look no further. This community has become a true gem.

My husband and I loved living here! He was deployed for 8 months while I lived here by myself and I always felt safe. I did everything I would normally do at any other place I lived: went to work, came home, ran errands, tried to be inside before dark. Yes there were some sketchy people and locations in the area… the VA domiciliary is right up the road and there are a few homeless shelters close by so that comes with the territory. We also lost water a couple of times and the way we handled that was quite comical. Overall, as our first place together as newlyweds, it served us well. We only moved out because we bought a house.

I am so greatful for the customer service management has provided me through the move in process to the bridge apartments. Patricia, Crissy and Marie have gone above and beyond. I came to the apartment complex because meet Patricia she greeted me with a warm welcome. I new she cared and was someone who would help me if I needed anything. It has been all that but so much more. They accommodated me with the move in date, parking and all the little extra gifts in apartment. I have been overwhelmed with the above and beyond customer service I have been given. Crissy helped set up my cable. That is what you get when you rent at the bridge.

My experience is on requesting safety perimeters during the night so we can be able to see our vehicles. Oh yeah tonight is lit up and looks beautiful we can see who's who on the front and the back of our building awesome job, TY Management Team.

Where do I start? (Regretfully) Ive lived here for almost 3 years. Went from one side of the complex to the other, safe to say the first side I’ve lived on wasn’t horrible and was cozy and manageable. My experience now? it’s very inconvenient and frustrating, they have gone through 3-4 office managers and have sold the apartment to another party I believe. I experience issues after issues, the office is inconsistently hard to get ahold of, the numbers that are provided sometimes work and sometimes don’t. You can’t email anyone, nor does the maintenance emergency line work. My AC has been broken and caused major water damage to the carpets (which they did fix after 2-3 months of complaining) I also had issues with the guest shower facets and it took them dam near a month to fix little by l
