Briarwood Apartments

Cristina the manager is very attentive, polite, nice, makes us feel welcome and we apprecaite everything she has done to help us with the application process. She is so pleasant, and Briarwood apartments units are beautiful. All is because of Cristina's management style. We love her open door policy. She mates her selfie available at all times! Thank you for being such a great person!

Mary and Cristina were awesome. Very friendly and gave me a nice tour of the property and the Available units The grounds are very clean and the apartments are well kept and recently upgraded nicely. I can see myself fitting in here at Briarwood! Thank you! Update; I’m here moving in and I am impressed. The apartment is nicely appointed and cozy. Great place to hang my hat. And it’s so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Briarwood apartments has been a wonderful home over so many years. Clare’s genuine concern for us as tenants has made living here a truly pleasant experience. The prompt attention to all our maintenance issues and any other concerns play a really important part for our family, and we are so very grateful to know we are part of such a wonderful community. Lots of lovely neighbors, definitely family friendly. We love our newly upgraded building and looking forward to being here for many more years!

Just moved in! So far everyone has been quite friendly and while the staff is rather limited I have had no issues with getting in contact with the leasing office. The ability to have pets once I am ready and settled in is lovely and the rooms are more spacious than one would expect, especially the balcony. If I had one small complaint...the curbs are kinda terrible driving in as I have had a bad bounce or two and the numbers in the parking spaces need to be painted in again but honestly this has been a lovely experience so far and we are looking to live here for quite some time!

our guide was absolutely so kind and accommodating, because our last tour ran a little late. she took us on a group tour and we had such wonderful conversation. she truly made our experience so comfortable and rememberable!
