If I could give one star I would DO NOT RENT — Infested, Filthy, Mismanaged I’ve lived here my entire lease and have constantly seen roaches, including babies and adults, despite cleaning every day. The building management claims to do “inspections” and sprays in certain areas, but that’s it — they do nothing to address infestations properly. Burn the whole building down at this point. Residents leave trash outside their door making the hallways smell and they don’t even put trash in the dumpster they just pile it up on the side or let the whole dumpster overfill . The laundry room is crawling with roaches, which climb onto your clothes. I’ve called management and even had the Board of Health visit, but the inspector tried to deny the roach problem. Not a safe environment, insects everywhere, didn’t have any difficulty with management but they care only about the money not on how comfortable or safe you may feel in this place and let’s not talk about how old building is that literally any single noise and steps from upstairs neighbors you hear. First experience was a very expensive package never got delivered because someone took it, I sent a message to management and their answer was that they don’t take responsibility for missing packages which I get , the only thing I do not get is how high rent is for the type of environment here. It’s not a smoking free zone but still you find cigarettes and other things everywhere. They have a lot of policy in contract that must of them are not followed by tenants & they don’t make them follow

I was a new tenant. They fixed the place up rather quick and it looked decently presentable to say the least. Within the first month of being here we noticed a mouse. Since then we have caught 5 and more scurry around the house. Additionally my girl found a roach in a box she opened on our counter not even 5 minutes after opening the empty box (it was closed). After signing up for a 12 month lease we now regret it. Highly recommend a 6 month lease at most. Its primarily new parents and newborns as tenants at the time of writing this.

The buildings are infected with mices, little roaches and bed bugs! It’s not a safe environment for kids or babies. The neighbors don’t respect the time, music and arguments late at night and also smokers that don’t respect your space or if the smoke go to your apartment and to complete this nightmare of condominium there’s a thief that will steel your packages.

The apartment is decent, but they should be more inspection of pests that occurs in the apartment. If you’re going to live here, preferably get a cat if you do not want to see mouses passing by your feet.
