Brattle Drive Apartments

I moved 3 months ago and there has been construction for 3 months. and it still continues. I wake up to voices at seven o'clock in the morning. The sounds continue until 3 p.m. It ruined my entire quality of life. I call the office and no one answers. Nobody cares. It is very sad that he cannot be exposed to this much noise for 3 months. If I had known I would experience something like this, I would never have moved. Also only 2 weeks of work. Workers make noise in the morning and neglect work at noon.

Don’t settle to live here just because it’s cheap and I wouldn’t even consider a unit that isn’t on the top floor. The ceiling walls are paper thin, it’s shocking, you can hear every footstep. It’s hell and I’ve only been here a month. I don’t know how I’m going to make it to the end of the lease term. Super frustrating.

Right after I moved in, maintenance folks came in with zero notice to physically board up my sliding glass door because the structural integrity of the building had been compromised. No timeline for when the building would be repaired and they STILL had the gall to charge full rent. Outrageous. Additionally, they towed my car WITH the paid parking permit in clear view on my window.

I have been living here for less than a year and can't wait for the lease to end. There was no formal written notice given prior to them restricting access to balconies and it has been this way since November 2022. Just a basic courtesy email was sent once they completely shut off access to having any form of ventilation in the hall. The management said the work would be done by spring. Its summer and all they have given are excuses as to why they cannot get the balconies fixed. The management doesn't really care about the people actually living in this place. Will NOT recommend living here.
