Bramblett Hills Apartments

I initially had a great experience at Bramblett Hills. The apartments are beautiful, well designed, and comfortable. Maintenance was always quick and professional, and the maintenance staff were genuinely great. I also loved my neighbors and built close relationships in the community. My daughter absolutely loved the pool, which was a big plus for us. That said, there were several ongoing issues. The dog park is far from many units, located on a steep slant, and not very usable. Dogs can’t comfortably run, and the surrounding potty areas are poorly maintained. Pet waste is often left behind, and the areas are oversaturated and consistently smell. Bramblett Hills Apartments has been a wonderful place to live! The office staff (Bridget, Denise, and Meaghan) are amazing—always helpful, respectful, and quick to respond. They consistently put in the effort to make residents feel welcome and supported. I especially appreciate all the activities they organize for tenants; it really creates a fun, community-oriented atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents here. The maintenance team is also amazing- they are super quick with responding and fixing any issues that come up! Highly recommend Bramblett Hills!

Living at Bramblett Apartments has been such a wonderful experience! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by how peaceful and well-kept the community is. The surroundings are calm and beautiful, which makes it feel like a retreat after a long day. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and super clean—definitely a place I’m proud to call home. What really stands out is the management team. The leasing office has been incredibly responsive and helpful with every question or concern I’ve had, no matter how small. Their dedication truly makes residents feel valued and cared for. They are liars. They state they don't discriminate and accept the voucher program and have you come out and view the apartment and fill out the application and willing to accept the fees and deposit. But, afterwards tell you they don't accept the voucher program. I was told by one of the staff members that do to discrimination they have to act like they'll accept the vouchers to keep from getting in trouble discriminating, but they're really not going to accept it. Stop lying to people and accepting their fees and deposit money that they'll never receive back in return. I'm going to report this for false advertisement!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Bramblett Hills! The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the best parts is how involved and thoughtful the leasing office is. They host a variety of fun community events and festivities that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel right at home. I definitely recommend Bramblett Hills to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable place to live!
