Braemoore Dunes Apartments

A true hidden gem! This place is absolutely amazing. Recently renovated, with rent that’s unbeatable compared to other nearby apartments. The grounds are always well-maintained, and any repairs are handled promptly. It’s quiet, peaceful, and completely drama free. The staff (Susie and George) are incredible: helpful, caring, and truly go above and beyond. Once you move in, you won’t want to leave... and that’s exactly why the waitlist is so long

We have lived here for 12 years and have never had any major issues, George the maintenance guy is awesome. He always took care of us and it was prompt. The former manager Ramona was great and Suzy is good also. Only thing is we had to move on because we needed a 3 bedroom. But it’s a good affordable place and quiet.
