Bracher Senior Apartments

Great Place to Live. I have been here for some time now. I have never been disrespected by the staff nor yelled at. I am always addressed in a very professional manner. Now, (although this is extremely rare) I have heard and seen people yelling at the staff, but their response is always with kindness, seeking to resolve the issue.

I've really enjoyed living here! The building is nice, quiet, and always well maintained. Management and maintenance are both fantastic. They are responsive, friendly, and we love them. It's a great place to call home

Staff but mostly management at this senior housing are very unprofessional. They need to have respect for the elderly and not yell at them....specially if they come up to them for complaints or concerns....there is no need to yell raise your voice....i wish family members who place their parents at this facility could hear the way they get talked to and treated. Management shows they are poorly trained and lack people skills.
