I would not remt from this place. They have a unit on 15 Westford St. that’s infested with mice and cockroaches. One of the residents there actually caught the mice and has I an aquarium in his room as pets in his room they all smoke cigarettes and weed, but you know what the biggest thing is is the mice and cockroaches and management does nothing about it and then there’s this woman dolly that carries around a stick literally a wooden stick and yells at people. Wouldn’t rent from there Another resident Rich one’s name is Rich. That’s the one that has the aquarium with the mice he caught in his unit GROSS The other one is Rich Kapala his house Cockroaches it’s completely infested with cockroaches and with mice that’s horrible there just giving you a heads up

They're rude and only care about your money. They won't fix anything. They're APARTMENTS are roach and mice infested, if you're lucky you won't have bed bugs. They don't work with their tenants and do not care about their tenants one bit. You want someone to be rude to you on the phone??? They're great at that. I highly recommend not renting from them. They are horrible people. They're slum lords. We had squirrels and a nest of birds living in our ceilings and they did nothing to solve the issue. The birds came out of the ceiling and were flying around the apartment.... I am disgusted with BPB and how they treated my family and myself.... Rent at your own risk. Best of luck and best wishes. There units are derelict. Mice and roaches. I've witnessed it from a family member living in one of there units. They were forced out and there new unit is even worse. Still roach problems and want to increase rents. Absolute slumlords never fixed anything they should be investigated by the state

I recommend this realtor. They have a great selection of rooms, studio's and many apartments. If you're looking for a great place to live and a great price as well. You have to go to them. They'll always treat you with respect and they will make you feel like part of their family.
