I Rent from Bouvette properties for many many years now.I have always had a very positive Experience. my maintenance issues are always addressed. The staff always very friendly And helpful whenever I need something addressed. I definitely recommend them. I actually moved out of the state for a while and came back and specifically rented from them because I always had a positive experience.

SCAM!! BEWARE DO NOT RENT!! Britney was kind in the beginning until everything went left. The application was extremely thorough. We were having issue with getting approved because our last townhome was taken over by a different company. Britney was able to get in touch and even helped us only do 1st month rent as a holding deposit instead of double. Now that is where the kindness has ended. My husband payed our deposit, however, I had a gut feeling something was off and had him record the conversation with her and proof of signing. Britney stated that everything will be move in ready and she talked about our refrigerator coming later. We agreed to move in September 4 @ 11am, and to do our walkthrough then. Sincere warning! Do not rent or do business with anyone at Bouvette Properties! They will take every penny possible charge pet fees from your deposit after they promised since I paid two months deposit and the home was AS IS (gross and dirty), not taken care of by the owner Tommy Dunn. David Bouvette called me (I’m a teacher) at work to scream at me over what ended up not being my fault at all. Black mold grew in our home after reporting weeks earlier of a water leak. I went without a fridge for two weeks, living on fast food and a cooler. No reimbursement for lost food. They will refuse to answer calls and refused to do the walk thru with me. This is a SCAM! Please do not waste your time or energy here. Me and my wife were going to move into a property managed by Bouvette and were told that the carpet (stained red in giant areas of the house), missing towel rack, and broken toilet seat would not be fixed by them and we would need to move into the property “as is”. The property was listed with a fridge but were told that the fridge would be sent to us AFTER we signed the lease and the fridge would arrive “whenever the delivery company could sent it out”. An estimated waiting time of 1 week after signing was given to us. One week of no groceries, no cold food, no way to preserve food until the fridge got delivered. I rented a house from them years ago and it was not a good experience. They did not want to fix anything or they would go by doing it the cheapest way possible. The furnace was ancient and they came out there multiple times. The maintenance man did advocate for it to be replaced but the owner would not. One day I was cleaning up and a loud alarm went off and it was the carbon monoxide monitor. I had to call the fire department and was told that I had to leave the home. I was highly upset and just thank God I was up at night so I was able to get my children out of there. I was upset and this company was so rude to me.They ended up having to replace the furnace. The refrigerator was just as raggedy. It kept going out and food wasted because the owner was just simply cheap.Just a terrible exp
