Bosque River Apartments

I’ve lived in this apartment for 3 years, and overall my experience has been very positive. When I first moved in, the previous property management wasn’t very responsive, and getting issues resolved took longer than expected. However, after the handover to Spradley Property , things improved significantly. The new management team is organized, reliable, and much more attentive to residents’ needs. Ms. Tia Wood(Property manager), in particular, has been extremely helpful. She responds promptly, communicates clearly, and goes out of her way to make sure any concerns or maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. I loved my time at the Bosque apartments. They are quiet and I never had any problems about feeling unsafe. As a college student, they were very affordable and very nice inside. Other than the apartments themselves the staff there is amazing. Any time I had a problem it was pretty much fixed the same day. My project manager was Tia and she was an absolute angel. She is so nice and helped me with everything I needed. 10/10 would recommend compared to all of the other apartments that I had looked at during my search.

I have lived here for 4 years, and the bad reviews have to be from the previous management company, All County Leasing from two years ago (they were terrible). Since Spradley Properties took over in 2023 they are probably the best management company I’ve dealt with living in an apartment. The property is older, so issues arise, but it’s safe, quiet, neighbors are nice and the management is very friendly and responds immediately to any issue you are having. There are some apartments in the complex that are being renovated and they look really nice. The price point is lower than most apartments in Stephenville. Also, the apartments are set back behind Sonic on 377 all by themselves right next to a shopping center across the street, so that’s also convenient.

I had a great experience living here. Quiet, safe community. On-site maintenance and the leasing officer were very responsive to needs.

I have lived at Bosque for 1 year. I am very happy to call this my home. It is clean, comfy, and quite. The girls in the office are such gems! My experience with the maintenance have been great, they are all friendly and always remember if I tell them something needs fixing. Nice place to live. Recommend it to anyone!
