DONT RENT!!!! Madison slumlords. Bait and switch their apartments. I toured an apartment and signed for it. Picked up my keys and turns out they gave me an apartment Ive never seen before. From talking around the building, I am not the only one. Also charges whatever they want for rent even for identical units. The building is dirty and smells. Laundry only is working maybe 40% of the time. No cameras in the building and packages get stoles frequently. When its cold the front door doesnt open with your key. I get no response from management (Carrie) or maintenance.

Attention Madison parents: Don’t let the 4-5 star reviews trick you. Every UW Madison student will agree that bmoc is the worst property management company in the area. Money hungry property management since they scam you out of most of your security deposit. They charged me $1300 a month to live in a shoe box. Maintenance would never come when we had leaks. Cleaners were inconsistent with what the lease stated. They refused to turn on the heated to save them money when all the tenants in my unit were freezing. Oh yeah and their owner Bill Levy is the most egotistical man I’ve met.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve lived at properties managed by BMOC Inc. for a while now, and I have to say, their team is fantastic! The staff is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. They truly care about the residents and work hard to keep the properties well-maintained and running smoothly. It’s clear that they prioritize customer service, and I appreciate the effort they put into making my living experience a great one. Highly recommend BMOC Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to live!

I’ve lived here three years. The location of the Times Square apartments on Dayton is great! They’ve also addressed all of my concerns the past few years! Only moving because I am done with my university courses now.

DO NOT RENT WITH BMOC! Please read before you sign with them. They are possibly one of the rudest, incompetent, and unethical rental companies I have ever experienced and heard of. There were so many problems that I do not think I can even list them all. I stayed at 445 W Johnson St for two years. They planned on tearing down 445 and since they were tearing it down, they refused to do many maintenance requests. We had cold water for 5 months (and for two months another time until they fixed it), which they said they would fix but never did. We called them and made multiple maintenance requests. Our AC would not work and they said they did not want to replace it because it would cost too much. They also said that with our oven. I understand we were paying a cheaper price than other people I
