You better hope you don’t have any kind of problem here, because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone directly. We noticed we had squirrels in the ceiling, vents, and wall. When putting in a maintenance request, THREE different exterminators showed up at over the course of the next 2 weeks thinking we had mice in the apartment. We explained to each of them and called the service number multiple times. It took almost a week to get someone to actually put a squirrel trap down. The problem continued and we made it clear that the squirrels seemed to be getting in from the roof (not where they put the trap). The squirrels did not stop scratching and clawing in the vents and ceiling, but there seemed to be zero urgency to resolve this. Eventually after two weeks, no thanks to anything they

Where do I begin? I would like to start off by saying Larry from the leasing office is amazing. He made my process very easy. He made me feel comfortable .I met him in person. Such a cool dude and it’s another lady that works there. I don’t remember her name but she was nice The both of them was very patient knowledgeable and understanding. I know I called over 1 million times lol bugging them, but they never was rude, impatient or disrespectful Thanks ❤️❤️

wish I could give it a lower rating... very dirty hallways leading to apts.. After listening to the man in the office tell me how I would need a certain monthly income to rent at this location (maybe because I was not dressed too flashy)..upon entering 2nd apt for viewing for potential rental there were ROACHES ... I took pics of the ROACHES, went back to the office, returned his key for the apt, tore up my application and informed him he could keep his ROACHES and Apt. DO NOT RENT....

I have lived here. The neighborhood is good with many like minded people. The management however can improve. It was quite bad , has improved gradually though. But a long way to go.

Mice,construction and smelly hallways this place has all and more. Have a nice trip
