I can’t say enough good things about Miguel in maintenance. He is absolutely outstanding — not only is he quick and thorough with requests, but he also goes above and beyond to make this place truly feel safe and cared for. What really sets him apart is how patient and kind he is; he’s always willing to spend extra time answering questions and explaining things, which makes such a difference. You never feel rushed or brushed off — he genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Also shout out to the people that plow during snow storms. Ive never seen a group so on top of it. Even if its mid storm.. just amazing. They go above and beyond making sure the sidewalks and parking is plowed, salted safe and clear.

I have lived here since day one and I have never in my life seen a place go through workers the way this one has! And complaining about people smoking gets you no place so enjoy that as well never can get through to the office thankfully maintenance is AMAZING! And they try very hard to keep it clean and when I put a work order in things get fixed right away! Very much appreciated. Wish they would get the office in order!!!

I moved here in August of 2023. I loved my apartment. I thought I had found my little piece of heaven. Until the woman above me started harassing me. She would put her pots on the floor and bang on them. She vacuumed at 1 am. She had her big dog locked in a cage 20 hours a day. The poor thing would howl bark and try to dig his way out for the whole 20 hours a day. Then came the day that she threw kitty litter and rice down on me. The police were called like I was told to do and still nothing is done. So unfortunately I’m leaving this beautiful apartment to go to a smaller one. Lesson learned that my peace of mind is more important than this beautiful apartment. There’s never a property manager here so nothing ever gets done. Keep this all in mind when thinking about renting one of these b

I'm appreciative and have gratitude for the staff working with me and able to live in a beautiful apartment and accommodated being I am disabled I Thank staff for working with me and their hard work to make changes to issues they are having but working on ,and Thank you for the maintenance that gets the job done regardless of issues they may be having as Well .

If you want to live in an apartment complex with very poor staffing/ management this place is it! They post phone numbers on the office doors, but no one answers, and if you leave a voicemail no will one will call you back. The tenants in the complex are allowed to make as much noise throughout the night into early am, You will not sleep at night and or live in peace throughout the day. If you make a complaint management will target you as the problem and seem afraid to approach the tenants that are the real problem, and control the noise. Without proper management peaceful living is impossible! It is a shame that they built beautiful buildings that were quickly thrown up, and or built with no insulation between the walls and or flooring, which caused majority of Blue Heron Trails problems
