Don't trust this company!!! Called to rent some commercial property, and Christine showed me the different warehouse, she told me the terms, and I agreed. On a first day I was told, landlord wasn't answering the calls, next day she gave me some forms to fill, to check background, taxes, proof of income (I have excellent credit, 2 companies - 15 years in business), I uploaded all documents, and day after she told me the property was rented to someone with more assets :)) Because of her, I said no to other 2 deals.

This is the worst realtor company, I have ever dealt with. They do not answer their phones. Neglect to give me an update on a property I was looking to lease. They had a bunch of excuses as to why I couldn’t see or rent the property. It’s crazy to think a business could be in business by the way they conduct their operations. Overall bad experience. I’m a real easy person to get along with, I don’t write reviews ever! But this company was nothing but problems and excuses. Chris always couldn’t get her story together and Stan just made excuses. I would never use them.
