Bloomfield Gardens Apartments, LLC

This place is a dump! Riddled with roaches and bedbugs. Dogs are always loose attacking children and other animals. Druggies are all over climbing in dumpsters and passed out in the parken lot! I lived there for 3 years I had no power in my bathroom or heat all winter and I had just had my son! I was told to buy a space heater. This complex is not safe for children. Bedrooms and bathrooms are covered in mold! The owner is money hungry for rent but doesn’t want to fix anything!

⚠️ROACHES, BED BUGS, MICE,HEAVY DRUG AREA, WALLS AND CIELINGS FALLING IN, WINDOWS THAT DONT OPEN OR FALL IN WHEN YOU DO. NO SCREENS. FRIDGE THAT DON'T WORK (HAD TO BUY OWN) FLOORS HAVE LINOLEUM OVER LINOLEUM, WATER IS RUSTY WHEN FIRST TURNED ON, SMELLS HEAVILY OF BLEACH, LIGHTING DOESN'T WORK,FLICKERS , HEATING IS BOILERS IN SOME BUILDINGS AND IT FAILS A LOT SO ITS COLD IN APARTMENTS, MASSIVE CODE VIOLATIONS AND COURT APPEARANCES VS US TENANTS BECAUSE WE WONT PAY UNTIL THE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED AND THEY ARE NOT. THE REPAIRS THAT ARE MADE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS,JUST PEOPLE AROUND HERE THAT ARE HANDY. THE PATCHES ARE HALF ASS REPAIRS, DOORS YOU CAN SEE THROUGH BETWEEN FRAME AND DOOR,HUGE GAPS, NO VENTILATION AT ALL, NO SMOKE OR FIRE DETECTORS IN APARTMENTS, TRASH ALL OVER PROPERTY, HALF THE B

Been here almost a year many people have told me about the warning of this place and for my own experience I will you make things how you wanna live 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have yet to see any sort or bugs in the heat that I have been here, neighbors are ok and then some well what can you do you live in a complex I see the changes that have been made I have never had an issue with the owners or the people who work for Bloomfield I would recommend first time renters if you keep to yourself and stay away from the negativity you will be fine. I love my apartment And The last thing would be if there where any complaints more storage

The place is a dump. Filled with roaches, as I was video chatting I said is that a roach running across your floor? My daughter has asked several times for them to spray. She has bought sprays to kill them but unless the entire building is sprayed it's worthless. They do not hire exterminators to do a whole building. Things break in bathroom/kitchen and do not get repaired. She has had to have people come and fix. But they sure want their rent!

It's very quiet here. The people are actually kind of friendly.
