Bloom South Coast Apartments

I’ve lived at Bloom for 1.5 years, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. The management team is responsive, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents, creating a welcoming and well-maintained community. The amenities are fantastic and always well-kept, making daily life here even more enjoyable. Even my puppy, Mochi, loved his time at Bloom! I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and support throughout my stay, and I highly recommend Bloom to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

My apartment is great and the staff are very nice and helpful! By far the nicest (and most expensive) place I’ve ever stayed. Built in washer and dryer + Tesla / EV Chargers are an incredible touch especially at 16 cents a kWh. I really like the amenities, floor plan, and fixtures of the apartment but it’s a kinda "touch and go" area. The biggest downside is the parking garage, which is pretty tight to drive through and very sketchy due to the area. I’ve had 2 incidents in my 6 months of living here. Just recently this guy used bolt cutters on my crappy bike lock to steal my crappy bike from behind my car. Another time, some lady went through my car after I’d left it unlocked. You could argue both were my fault but I think it says a lot more about the nearby community. Additionally, the

The maintenance team Enrique and Clemente is the BEST! Super friendly and professional, and so good at what they do. They made my experience at the Bloom far more pleasing. I love how the building is newly built and has great amenities but I gave a 4 just because the phone reception wasn't that good in my unit. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone. Great location!

Unsafe, Poorly Managed, and Getting Worse – Not Recommended I’ve been a loyal resident in this complex for nearly two years, and I even renewed my lease after the first year because I initially felt this was a safe and decent place to live. Unfortunately, things have gone drastically downhill. Two of our cars were stolen directly from the garage, which is supposed to be a secure area for residents. After reporting the thefts, the manager didn’t apologize, follow up, or take any action to improve safety. There was no communication, no increased security — just silence and neglect. Since the change in the apartment manager, everything has become worse — slow responses, poor communication, and a lack of care for resident concerns.
