Brittany in the leasing office was a major help. I was in a pinch and needed to find a place quick, and she never missed a beat. I reached out to her and within 40 hours had the keys to my new place! She is the best. Perfect quiet complex. Very happy!

We lived at this property for 16 months and the management is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and just absolutely amazing. The maintenance comes in 24hrs to take care of any damages or any issues in the apartment. We lived at 6 different apartments in the past 10 yrs and this management is the first to actually issue us a refund from our security deposit even though we usually leave the apartment with minimum breaks or damages, the others would actually charge us extra. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for long term leading here. I want to especially thank Brittany and Carmen for their help and support. Thank you Morgan Properties. I also felt like reading the other reviews made me feel validated in how terrible of an experience we had here, so I thought i’d share our experience to help others as well. LISTEN to the 1 star reviews, we didn’t and we completely regret it, this place takes advantage of people looking for affordable housing by sticking them in disgusting living environments. We signed a lease here in February, and when they handed us the keys the first thing I saw was a cracked rusted window in our unit(photo attached, I don’t know how the management missed it) and my husband noticed roach/mice poop in our kitchen cabinets. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed the lease in December. First, I would have learnt that the place has mice. In fact, before I started moving my items in my apartment, I moved the appliances and discovered mice droppings, bait traps, and glue traps - these were the things I told my licensing agent I did not want to see in my apartment or kitchen, but they are still there. The maintenance people did clean the mouse droppings and seal the hole, but I have since sealed several holes to prevent mice from coming into my apartment given they carry disease and can be lethal due to the hantavirus. I’ve been with the old ownership Depaul and now Morgan properties the new ownership , there’s a reason they turned off their reviews on Google Maps , the old company DePaul were great , zero hidden fees and the pool and gym were optional , Now with Morgan properties the company has tons of hidden fees , and they force you to pay for the pool the gym even if you don’t use it , additional fees have all been added , sewer fees , water fee , trash fee , electric base fee plus an electric fee ( two separate btw ) a service fee for just sending you an email and every month to be notified of your fees and also 80 bucks they force you to use Verizon which they say is a faster speed but everything lags now and I can never watch tv .
