Bissonette Properties & Rental Management

Bissonette Properties is a great and easy company to work with! Maria has been so kind, patient, and gracious to me and all of my ridiculous questions. Thanks to her kindness I have a new 'home' to go with my new job!!!

My experience is as a co-signer for my daughter. We only had about 36 hours between receiving the lease and needing to have it signed by all with payment, so I was worried we would need more time, but the remote leasing process was quick and smooth, using DocUsign. Denise was incredibly communicative and responsive to our questions, even texting answers late at night, and expressed willingness to work with us if we needed anything. That gave me comfort that Bissonette Properties would be a responsive property manager/landlord for if/when any maintenance issues might arise.

I have been with Bissonette for a year. While their apartments are not necessarily the newest or nicest, they are very responsive to questions and maintenance requests. I plan to stay with Bissonette as they have been very easy to work with.

This is the 2nd property that I have helped my two UVM students lease. The staff at Bissonette are incredibly professional, friendly and easy to work with. We even changed our mind at the 11th hour on a lease and they went above and beyond to work with a group of 5 students to help us find the perfect property. Thank you Bissonette!

Been renting from Bissonette for almost ten years and they've always been fantastic. We originally rented a studio, then moved to a two bedroom and both units were great. The appliances were up to date, it wasn't drafty, all that good stuff. Their maintenance team is also incredible, always quick to respond (especially in an emergency, one time we had no hot water and they got right on it) and they always do a fantastic job. Definitely recommend as renters you can trust
