UPDATE: Meghan reached out to me after the owner was kind enough to respond here. Regarding one specific unit, she asked me to choose a time between 9:30 and 3:30. I chose 9:30. Days passed only for her to tell me that time was no longer an option and asked if I could do 1:30. I said the earliest I could get there is 2:30. I never heard from Meghan again. It's unfortunate that I will never consider this company again, as they have several properties I was interested in. This review is based on zero contact from Birwood. I inquired on 1/17, asking if the unit was on the top floor, and if it was, I was interested in seeing it. I never received a response, so I sent an email asking again on 1/20 with no response. I would rate lower if I could; Megan, DD (Doris), and property owner Dave (Redds LLC) behave in abusive and harassing manners toward tenannts including yelling, gaslighting, destroying proerty and applying poison to parking spots unannounced. Birwood has no right to control people's living situations, especially families. When I moved in it was clear the unit had not been cleaned; neighbors reported repeated mold issues with no response from management. I was asked to pay a double deposit with a co-signer when other tenants with cosigners were not; my laundry was thrown in the outdoor garbage by Dave while I was actively using his washers on the premises i rent in my lease (and paying in quarters) - absolutely no other tenant experienced this, and laundry and miscellaneous items are everyw

I would be embarrassed if I were a part of Birwood Property Management after getting my review. There are a few windows that don't even stay open, there were a few things that looked like they weren't even cleaned when we moved in, the dishwasher is full of the hard water stains and I shouldn't have to be the one shoveling any snow. Didn't even look like they took the time to clean it like they should have! The pictures are just some of the things that should have been taken care of before someone moved in

If there was a 0 star option I would use it. Birwood is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and rude company I have ever dealt with. I do not have enough characters to describe the problems with our property, I will add pictures of what our "cleaned house" looked like. A maintenance request has been in for 42 days, with 3 reminder requests and they have not gotten around to it (when the company said this issue would be fixed pre-move in). Hopefully when they see it here, they can fix the water damaged rotted wall and the holes in the floor around the shower for us within the next 42 days! This is the management company for my condominium complex, Junction Point Condominiums. They are extremely irresponsible with the money I pay them every month and refuse to fix the wiring issues and water damage in the building, leading to the fire alarms going off ONCE A MONTH. These are unacceptable conditions! If this is not addressed by March 2026 I will contact the county and have them perform a building inspection!!
