Horrible experience. The entire apartment complex is filthy and FULL of roaches!!
This place has rodents. I have found over 20 mice in my apartment. The staff is rude. They come late to fix things. When you notify leasing office of late payments they charge you late fees. This is not the place anyone should live in. I will give 0 stars if I was able.
Parking lot is crumbling but apartments are decent. They take care of the maintenance so it's good. Not noisy so it's good. Rents are reasonable. Security needs some work and no doorbells so no phone no guests.
This will be your biggest mistake choosing this place to live. It was 1 year of hell. Management is VERY unprofessional & talks to tenants like they're children. They are not understanding at all & will not work with you if you come across hard times. Maintenance sucks & speaks little to no English. My new born BabyGirl went the whole winter with heat in apartment at 70 degrees even after continuously going in complaining about apartment being very cold. This was by far the worst year of my life living here and anyone renting here I'm sure will agree. Do NOT make the same mistake I made or trust & believe you'll regret it.!! I'm so glad this years least is finally up.! NEVER AGAIN! Not to mention the number of registered sex offender residing here! Just a poor place to rent especially for
