Jim Bielmeier built our custom patio home last year. He is a great guy to work with. His attention to detail and ability to bring the high quality of construction to meet expectations is laudable. Jim gave us the exact home we wanted within budget unlike some other area builders we approached for our project.
Built home in Clarence NY with Jim Bielmeier in 2019. In April 2021, Bielmeier Builders filed for bankruptcy listing over 130 creditors; majority are contractors he stiffed payment on or vendors who supplied goods for new homes. Homes that people paid in full for. Be careful if he builds your home. You could end up with a lien on your property if Jim doesn’t pay the vendor or contractor.
