We worked with Jessica Madden as first time homebuyers and she was wonderful. She was very responsive and helped guide us through the entire process and answered all our questions. We had a great experience working with her, and highly recommend her!

I had an unfortunate experience while delivering food and temporarily parking in front of this company(less a minute)which was closed over the weekend. The owner came off pickup truck and intentionally blocked my car with his vehicle and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. While I understand that my parking might have been inconvenient, I believe this situation could have been handled much more reasonably. Instead of calmly addressing the issue, the owner chose to escalate it by blocking my exit and using offensive language. This experience left me feeling disrespected, and I hope the company can adopt a more constructive and polite approach when handling similar situations in the future. We worked with Jessica Madden from Better Homes and she was amazing! We were unsure of the area we wanted to move to at first, and had a huge range of cities in the Greater Philly area and types of houses we initially wanted to look at. She very quickly helped us hone in on more of our style and location. We were first time home buyers, so we had tons and tons of questions and she was incredibly helpful in answering them all and helping us understand the entire buying process. Honestly cannot recommend Jess enough if you are buying or selling!

Went to rent a property through this company and had one of the worst experiences in my 8+ years of renting. Firstly it took 2 weeks to even see the property I was inquiring about (this was a red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt). Once we viewed the property, we were very interested. Then it took another 2-3 weeks to get a credit checks/rental applications. We submitted the applications on a Friday and I waited until Monday to reach out to see if we got approved. 5 days go by with no response (text, calling, and email). Finally I get a response from another agent who I haven't even spoke with. Turns out they didn't submit the applications we sent a week prior.
