Scammers, they’ll take advantage of you if they can. After staying in an apartment for a year and renewing for another, they wanted to charge a ‘finders fee’ ($1000) to change one of the names on the lease. At the end of our last year in the apartment, they attempted to withhold $500 off the security deposit for supposed ‘damages’ which were not properly documented. A demand letter from a law firm sorted the issue quickly, it’s the only way to get them to do anything. Clearly we are not the only ones with this experience, seen all the bad reviews!!

My wife and I were moving to the Boston area from Florida in 2018. We found a property advertised through Best Boston Realty and the process for getting the apartment exceeded our expectations. We did the entire apartment search remotely, but one of the agents was kind enough to go to the apartment and did a full walk-through of the place with a video so we could see inside. We loved it, and jumped on it immediately. Within 24 hours of first seeing the apartment, it was ours! However, that wasn't our last experience with this company. After 3 great years at the apartment, we moved out because we bought a home. However, there was some confusion between us and the landlord (who is a great guy, but not a part of this company) concerning the initial "deposit" we made when renting the apartmen

We did not have a good experience with Best Boston Realty. We tried to apply for a unit and submitted an application and a deposit. Unfortunately our application did not get chosen and so we needed a refund on the deposit we had sent. On Friday morning I sent a confirmation that I had received the test wire transaction and asked for a confirmation when they sent the rest of my deposit. I did not hear back by Monday morning and had to call and ask for the confirmation email and was told that the wire transfer had already been sent out. I understand that wire transfers take a couple business days to process but was left for 3 days without a confirmation that my refund was getting returned to me. Had this been a smaller sum of money it would not have been a problem but I was waiting for over

We had such a wonderful experience working with Best Boston Realty. They were efficient and provided answers to all of our questions in a very timely manner. The process of submitting a rental application and then signing the lease was smooth and clear. And we are so excited for our new apartment - it's perfect for us! Romeo and his staff were all great to work with. Out of many agents who showed me apartments they were the only ones who I felt had visited the apartments and could answer my more detailed questions. They also respected my time by not showing my places they knew would not fit my criteria, and asked more than the standard questions to determine what those criteria were. Overall an excellent experience.
