Responded to a rental property online, received automated text response asking when I was available. Responded back that I would like to see the property over the next weekend. No response, called the office the next week and they seemed shocked. I was given the realtor’s cell number, called left message, nothing. Called office again a few days later, was told they would personally give the realtor my information, nothing. Called 3 more times, was told rental is still available and they handed the realtor assigned my information again, nothing. Planning on buying in a year or so, will not deal with this company.

We worked with Mike P and Jasmine and they were the absolute best ! These 2 went above and beyond to secure us a rental property and were always prompt in their responses whether text, email or phone calls. It was a refreshing experience to work with someone who seemed to truly care and put forth so much effort. Mike P and Jasmine are family now and when ready to buy a home in a year or so we’re definitely calling on them to guide us along the way.

There should be no reason why we should be getting the 'run around' treatment. Applied for a rental property. Waited a month before we had to call and find out we were denied. We were told we would be contacted in regards to the approval/denial of our application. Then we request a copy of our reports (they use NTN to get more information on applicants; credit, rental history, etc.) and we're told they will send it. Contacted and reached out to 3 different realtors and they're all ignoring phone calls and other methods of contact. A week later, no returned calls, no emails with promised reports, nothing. If you cant send them, say so. If you wont send them, say so. Would not recommend any dealings with this office. I cannot speak for any other offices, because there are many, but this one
