Bentley Place

I needed a place in a hurry when I moved here from Nebraska and I found Bentley Place apartments. It fit my budget which was very nice. And Isabella the apartment manager has been an absolutely amazing manager! She has always been very proactive in keeping up with the common areas. And she has been wonderful and helping out with any of the issues that may have come up. I am very grateful for all that she does!

Love living here, Isabella the leasing agent does a fantastic job keeping up with problems around the property, keeping peace and she even goes above and beyond by spending her own money to decorate around holidays.

maintenance is extremely slow to be done here. I have seen the same issue reported over and over only to have nothing done even when a tenants property is damaged. Dog park is a gravel pit with weeds was told there would be water and bags provided but none have been. Weeds in flowerbeds with seemingly no effort made to maintain them. Noises at night loud enough to wake people have been rampant for months with no effort made to fix the problem. Overall I would not rent from here if I wasn’t already as the owners have not made any effort to fix anything beyond surface level issues.

Isabella is an amazing property manager. The WiFi that Bentley place is amazing great speed.

For being in the location that it is the apartment complex is actually quite nice. Affordable pricing and amenities. Leasing stuff is amazing.
